Refund Policy — TripOn Travel & Tourism

At TripOn Travel & Tourism, we aim to provide transparent, fair, and customer-friendly refund terms. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable, how they are processed, and what conditions apply to different types of travel services.

By booking through tripon.com.pk, you agree to follow the policies outlined below.


1. General Refund Rules

1.1. All refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels (phone, email, or in-office).
1.2. Refund eligibility depends on the rules of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and embassy/visa authorities.
1.3. TripOn service charges, consultancy fees, and processing charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.4. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–21 business days after approval.
1.5. Bank charges and third-party payment gateway fees are deducted from the final refund amount.


2. Flight Ticket Refunds

2.1. Refundability of airline tickets depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules.
2.2. Discounted, promotional, or special fares are usually NON-REFUNDABLE.
2.3. In case of refundable tickets:

  • Airline cancellation charges apply.

  • TripOn service fee is non-refundable.

2.4. If the airline cancels a flight:

  • Refund will follow airline policy.

  • Processing time depends on the airline (may take 15–45 business days).

2.5. “No-show” passengers (not showing up at the airport) are generally not eligible for refunds.


3. Hotel Booking Refunds

3.1. Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
3.2. Non-refundable hotel rates are not eligible for any refund.
3.3. Refundable bookings follow:

  • Free cancellation within the allowed time frame

  • Charges applied for late cancellation or no-show

3.4. TripOn does not control hotel refund timelines.


4. Tour Package Refunds

4.1. Once a package is confirmed, refunds are limited due to pre-booked services.
4.2. If the customer cancels:

  • Airline, hotel, and transport cancellation charges will apply.

  • TripOn service fee is non-refundable.

4.3. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of travel, most packages become non-refundable.
4.4. Missed activities due to late reporting or personal issues are not refundable.


5. Visa Service Refunds

5.1. Visa fees paid to embassies are strictly non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected.
5.2. TripOn visa service and consultancy charges are non-refundable.
5.3. Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Documents are submitted late

  • The embassy delays processing

  • The application is rejected


6. Transport / Airport Transfer Refunds

6.1. Transport bookings may be partially refundable depending on the supplier.
6.2. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are usually non-refundable.


7. No-Show Policy

7.1. If a traveler fails to show up for their flight, hotel, tour, or visa appointment, the booking becomes non-refundable.
7.2. TripOn is not responsible for missed travel due to:

  • Late arrival at the airport

  • Incomplete documents

  • Passenger negligence


8. Refund Process

8.1. Once your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
8.2. Refunds are issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Original payment method
    8.3. Refunds may take longer if delayed by:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • International suppliers

  • Embassies


9. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable under all conditions:

  • TripOn service fees

  • Consultancy or processing fees

  • Embassy visa fees

  • Promotion / discount package payments

  • Urgent processing charges

  • No-show penalties


10. Changes or Modifications

10.1. Modifications to bookings (date change, name change, itinerary change) follow supplier rules.
10.2. Modification fees are non-refundable.
10.3. If a change is not possible, it may be treated as a cancellation.


11. Refund Refusal

TripOn reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

  • Policies of suppliers prohibit it

  • Fraudulent information was provided

  • Customer violated any Terms & Conditions

  • Services were already consumed
