Welcome to TripOn Travel & Tourism. By accessing, browsing, or booking any service on tripon.com.pk, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern all your interactions and transactions with our company.


1. General Terms

1.1. TripOn Travel & Tourism provides travel-related services including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa assistance, and transportation arrangements.
1.2. By using our website and services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
1.3. TripOn reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Eligibility

2.1. To make a booking or use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Provide correct, accurate, and verifiable personal information.
    2.2. Any booking made with false or incomplete details may be cancelled without refund.


3. Booking Policy

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
3.2. Prices are not guaranteed until the full payment is received.
3.3. Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges as per the supplier’s policy.
3.4. TripOn acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, global tour operators, and visa agencies. Therefore, each booking is subject to the terms of the relevant service provider.


4. Payment Terms

4.1. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash deposit

  • Online transfer

  • Credit/Debit cards (where applicable)
    4.2. Full payment must be made before the issuance of travel documents.
    4.3. Refunds, where applicable, will take 7–21 business days after approval.
    4.4. TripOn is not responsible for bank delays or payment processing issues caused by third-party gateways.


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on:

  • Airline rules

  • Hotel policies

  • Tour operator regulations

  • Visa processing guidelines
    5.2. Most promotional or discounted airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
    5.3. TripOn service fees, consultancy charges, and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
    5.4. If the customer requests a cancellation, all applicable charges will be deducted as per the supplier’s policy.


6. Visa Processing Terms

6.1. TripOn provides visa assistance services, not visa guarantees.
6.2. Visa approval or rejection is the sole decision of the embassy or consulate.
6.3. In case of visa rejection:

  • Embassy fees are non-refundable.

  • TripOn service charges are non-refundable.
    6.4. Delayed document submission from the customer may result in delayed processing.


7. Travel Documents & Responsibility

7.1. Passengers are responsible for ensuring:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity

  • Correct visa type

  • Required vaccinations or travel certificates

  • Adequate travel insurance
    7.2. TripOn is not responsible for:

  • Immigration refusal

  • Passport issues

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

  • Loss, delay, or damage of baggage

  • Misconduct or violations committed by passengers


8. Tour Package Terms

8.1. Package cost includes only the services clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
8.2. Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, snacks, medical expenses, or additional tours are excluded.
8.3. Weather conditions, operational decisions by airlines, political situations, or government restrictions may affect itineraries. TripOn will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.
8.4. Missed tours or activities due to late arrival by the customer are non-refundable.


9. Pricing Policy

9.1. All prices are subject to change due to:

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Supplier price revisions

  • Seasonal variations
    9.2. Typographical or display errors in pricing do not bind TripOn.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. TripOn shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by:

  • Airline, hotel, or transport delays

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
    10.2. The maximum liability of TripOn shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.


11. User Conduct

11.1. Customers agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Post spam or harmful content

  • Copy website content without permission
    11.2. Violations may lead to suspension of services and legal action.


12. Privacy & Data Usage

12.1. We collect personal information solely to process bookings and provide services.
12.2. Your data is protected and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All content on TripOn, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of the company.
13.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.


14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
14.2. All disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
